Welcome to Covee. These Terms of Service and End User License Agreement ("Terms" or "EULA") govern your use of the Covee mobile application and associated services (the "App"). By downloading, installing, or using Covee, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, please do not use the App.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. If we make material changes, we will notify you by updating the effective date and providing notice within the App or via email. Your continued use of Covee after such modifications constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.
You must be at least 13 years old to use Covee. By using the App, you represent and warrant that you are at least 13 years old and have the legal capacity to enter into this agreement. If you are under 18, you should review these Terms with a parent or guardian.
We do not knowingly allow users under 13 to create accounts. If we discover that a user is under 13, we will delete their account and associated information.
Account Creation: To use Covee, you must create an account by providing accurate, current, and complete information, including your name and email address. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and password.
Account Responsibility: You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized access or use of your account by contacting official.connectapp@gmail.com.
One Account Per Person: You agree to maintain only one personal account and not to create multiple accounts or accounts on behalf of others without permission.
Your Content: You retain ownership of any content you create and share on Covee, including event descriptions, photos, messages, and comments. By sharing content on Covee, you grant Covee a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, store, display, and distribute that content to provide the App's services.
Acceptable Use: You agree to use Covee only for lawful purposes and in a way that does not infringe upon the rights of others or restrict their use and enjoyment of the App. You agree to refrain from behavior that:

Content Filtering: Covee employs automated content filtering to detect and prevent objectionable content from being posted within the App. All user-generated text is screened before publication.
Reporting: If you encounter objectionable content or abusive behavior, you can report it directly through the App's built-in reporting feature available on all activities, messages, and user profiles. You may also contact us at official.connectapp@gmail.com. The developer is notified immediately of every report submitted.
24-Hour Response: Covee is committed to acting on all objectionable content reports within 24 hours. Upon review, objectionable content will be removed and the user responsible will be ejected from the platform.
Blocking: Users can block any other user at any time. When a user is blocked, all of their content is immediately and permanently removed from the blocking user's feed, and the blocked user can no longer view the blocking user's profile, activities, or send them messages or friend requests.
Moderation Rights: Covee reserves the right to review, monitor, remove, or decline to publish any content that violates these Terms or our community standards. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate any account at any time for violations of these Terms.
App Ownership: Covee, including all software, design, graphics, logos, and other materials, is owned by or licensed to us and protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the App for personal, non-commercial purposes only.
Your License: You may not reproduce, modify, distribute, sell, or license any part of the App or its content without our express written permission.
Your Content: You retain ownership of content you create, but grant Covee a license to use it as described in Section 4.
Your use of Covee is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect, use, and protect your personal information. Please review our Privacy Policy at official.connectapp@gmail.com to understand our privacy practices.
Account Termination by You: You may delete your Covee account at any time from the Profile tab within the App, or by contacting us at official.connectapp@gmail.com. Upon deletion, your account will be deactivated and your personal information will be removed immediately.

Upon termination, your account will be deactivated and you will lose access to the App and associated services.
No Medical or Professional Advice: Covee is a social platform for connecting with friends and discovering events. Any information shared on the App is not professional advice. Do not rely on information from other users as a substitute for professional medical, legal, financial, or other expert advice.
User-Generated Content: We are not responsible for the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of user-generated content. Views and opinions expressed by users do not represent the views of Covee.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Covee and its developers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, revenue, data, or use arising from your use of or inability to use the App, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.
Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion of certain warranties or the limitation of liability, so some of these limitations may not apply to you.
We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the App or any features at any time without notice. We are not liable if the App becomes unavailable or if features change.
Covee may contain links to third-party websites or services. We are not responsible for the content, accuracy, or practices of third-party sites. Your use of third-party services is subject to their terms and policies. We encourage you to review their privacy policies and terms before using their services.
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Covee, its developers, and their respective officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from your use of the App, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any third-party rights.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States, without regard to its conflict of laws principles. Any legal action or proceeding shall be brought exclusively in the courts located in the United States.
